Responsibilities
· Implement advanced monitoring systems to enhance product quality and yield.
· Identify improvement areas and lead initiatives to optimize production.
· Lead efforts to address and improve abnormal quality issues in manufacturing processes.
· Collaborate across teams to implement solutions and preventive measures.
· Strengthen internal quality control and improve process capabilities. Drive initiatives that maximize operational efficiency.
· Lead corrective actions on customer-reported quality issues and communicate preventive solutions to stakeholders.
· Streamline quality inspection planning, integrating automation and advanced technologies where possible.
· Foster communication and coordination with design, production, and other teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
· Manage task assignments, performance, and development of the quality team, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and design quality
· Familiarity with quality management systems and standards. Certification in Six Sigma or similar is a plus.
· Willingness to travel and work abroad in China or Vietnam at least 10 months a year.
