We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dormitory Supervisor cum Store man. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, team management, and communication within the dormitory facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce dormitory rules
- Arrange and allocates rooms for the internal and sub-contractors' workers
- Prepare and maintain all the check in and check out record in the system
- Liaise with HQ and Site for dormitory related matters.
- Attend to company request and handle workers’ problems
- To conduct random room inspections to check on general upkeep and also to verify that only authorized persons reside in the units
- Perform joint inspection for taking over of non-renewal units and handing over of new tenancy units
- Responsible for the all the administration related matters in dormitory
- Maintain accurate inventory records e.g. in and out reporting and perform regular stock checks.
- Organize storage areas to ensure accessibility and neatness.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in dormitory management
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Alert and possess good observational skills.
- Experience in the Security Industry will be an advantage.
