Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate pricing.
- Lead and train the project & QS team, setting targets and KPIs to complete projects.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct research to understand market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client insights.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.
Requirement:
- Technical knowledge in M & E services, preferably with AutoCad capability.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and market dynamics.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
