SAP SD Techno Functional Consultant
Responsibility & Requirement
- Hands on experience on Support ticketing tools - eg : Service Now
- Liaising with business stakeholders to assist with Day to day issues, and process improvements.
- Represent the team in reviews of processes and system controls
- Take ownership for time-critical issues and follow up/ root-causing of issues, unsupervised.
- Overall, 7+years of experience in Sales and Distribution.
- Should be able to lead a team independently
- Should have worked on Production Support engagements.
- Good knowledge on Logistics, Consignment processes is expected. Working knowledge on Service Management would be added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge on batch jobs, Alert monitoring, EDI/idocs.
- Good understanding on Support metrics, SLAs and best practices.
