  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other team members or clients.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
