About the job
Reporting to the CHRO and working closely with the regional centre of excellences, this role will:
- Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Drive HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives align with business priorities
- Implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Manage succession planning and workforce planning initiatives
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ of HR experience, with 10 years of business partnering experience
- Team management experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
