Key Technical Requirements:
Role : Application Developer
- Must : Experience in delivery of Custody solutions with hands-on experience on Cobol, AS400 development for at least 5+ years.
- 5+ years working experience in IT is required.
- Recent 3+ years design and development experience in Cobol, AS400, RPG is a must.
- 2+ years recent working experience in banking industry is required.
- 2+ years working experience in Cobol, AS400, RPG design and development withing banking domain is mandatory.
- Highly preferred : Current working experience in Cobol development using TAMIC tool is a must
- Highly preferred : Working experience in FITAS and TAMIC tool
- Experience in application solutioning as well as code review.
- Experience in end-to-end application delivery management in ensuring quality delivery.
- Experience in application delivery in ensuring full compliance of Bank’s policy and standard.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Ability to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery.

Key Job Duties:
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
