Our client is an established engineering MNC. They are looking to establish their APAC headquarters in Singapore and are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to drive and roll out the HR initiatives for the region.
About the job
Reporting to the GM and working closely with the extended HR team located in the region, this role will focus on learning & development and business partnering aspects including:
- Providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Formulating HR strategy, talent development, talent management, and organizational development initiatives to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborating with senior leaders and external vendors to understand skills gap to design and implementing the learning and development framework across regional subsidiaries
- Implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Managing succession planning, performance management, budget planning etc
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ of HR experience, with strong foundation in learning & development and business partnering
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Knowledge of regional labor legislation and practices is an added advantage
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
