Responsibilities:
- Provide governance and support the sites in safety case submission and ongoing verification by the authorities
- Drive and support the sites in compliance with the process safety management (PSM) system as per Singapore’s MHI regulations.
- Lead and support the sites in process hazard major hazard risk assessment e.g. QRA, HAZOP, What-If, LOPA, SIL
- Ensure governance of the Safety Case process by implementing and communicating the framework
- Fluent with MOM’s safety acts and regulations
- Lead in major Hazard Risk Assessments and Process Safety Reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years working experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry or familiarity with process safety management.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in SHEQ program administration.
- Degree in engineering discipline such as Chemical Engineering / Safety Engineering / Safety, Health & Environmental related courses
