The person:
- NITEC and above
- Min. 2 years in service advisor/sales role of any relevant industry
- Basic technical knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Class 3 license and computer literacy
The job:
- To obtain new service contracts and maintain contract renewal
- To campaign and get sales for major repairs and field service repair jobs and follow up on documentation
- To provide and follow-up on rental repair chargeable jobs
- To build rapport and provide logistics solutions to key and fleet customers
