Job Description:
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with the project team and subcontractors.
- Liaise with building owners, architects, consultants, and interior designers to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials and conduct pre-installation inspections to assess site conditions.
- Prepare and submit site installation and As-Built drawings, along with Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and provide training for the building management team.
- Conduct equipment testing and commissioning, while managing material preparation and carrying necessary tools in your vehicle.
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of technical hands-on project management working experience.
- Class 3 Driving License is a MUST.
- Able to read construction drawing.
