Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students and parents
Manage scheduling, customer service and phone calls
Handle customer enquiry and trials
Support teaching team and daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Good spoken English, attention to details
Pleasant and friendly personality
Previous customer service experience is a plus!
Students and retirees are welcome to apply!
20 hours per week, including one full weekend
