Morgan McKinley is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 12-months contract with our multinational client, a global leader in consulting and professional services.
Job Description:
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Responsible for conducting business process analysis, design, and requirements analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Conduct business process analysis, design, and requirements analysis.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
- Must have Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
- Preferably Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101)
