Job Description:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts for the Group.
- Perform Consolidation for the Group.
- Perform gross and net margin analysis and highlight major variances.
- Review and improve on current financial/accounting processes/reportings for better efficiency.
- Support in cashflow projections and forecast for the Group.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Prepare annual audit report and supporting files for review.
- Liaise with auditors on all audit issues and queries relating to the Company .
- Liaise with bankers on bank matters.
- Support quarterly GST returns to ensure statutory compliance.
- Support in HQ reportings and internal management reportings as and when required.
- Support tax filing and calculation.
- Familiar with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Candidate with listing experience will be advantageous.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting work experience, with audit experience.
- Experienced and knowledgeable of reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, with limited supervision.
