JOB SCOPE:
The Customer Service Assistant/Associate (“CSA”), Retail, is responsible for delivering service and operations excellence. He/she also engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. He/she handles customers’ enquiries (in-store, by email or phone) to drive customer experience across channels.
He/She operates in a fast-paced, diverse, and customer-centric store environment. As the first point-of-contact in the store, he/she serves as the ambassador of the organisation. Activities includes:
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-person customer service, such as in-store greetings, customer service desk operations, attending to walk-in product returns.
- Remote/virtual customer service via phone, email or text.
- Providing pre- and post-sales support, including assisting customers with redemption, as well as supporting corporate redemptions.
- Maintain overall store operations.
- Any ad-hoc assignments assigned by the superior within reason.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Customer-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and camera knowledge are required.
- Must be able to stand for long hours at the retail front and must be committed to work on the weekends.
