Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Medical Imaging sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a team focused on Ultrasound & X-ray imaging products. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device market, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for Ultrasound & Imaging products to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the Ultrasound & Imaging market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence in the Ultrasound & Imaging segment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform Ultrasound & Imaging products sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for Ultrasound & Imaging products.
  • Provide training and support to the Ultrasound & Imaging sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Requiements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry in Singapore, preferably with a focus on Ultrasound & Imaging products.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
