The candidate is responsible for supporting projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders and supporting several moving projects/ initiatives simultaneously.
Duties and responsibilities include:
· Support preparation of business case and project scope for process improvement initiatives
· Map process flows, analysing and identifying process gaps
· Assist in providing recommendations for future state
· Assist in reviewing user stories/functional specifications to ensure requirements are complete and accurately captured.
· Identify business scenarios, review UAT test plans and test results
· Prepare all incoming and outgoing project documentation
· Identify and propose mitigation plan for project risks and issues
· Support post project review to identify lessons learnt and corrective actions
· Monitor and track action items to closure, to ensure project progresses to timeline
· Assist with change management plan (e.g. develop and implement communication plan, provide training on new processes and system enhancements, prepare project handover documentation).
· Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence
· Report project status and assist in ad-hoc reports as required
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience in operations / customer servicing / process improvement projects, preferably in insurance or banking industry
· Degree in Business Administration/ Information System or equivalent
· Lean six sigma certifications is an advantage
