FULL JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:


 Manage the Director’s Schedule.

 Plan travel arrangements, including booking flights.

 Daily management of the employer’s business, organizing,

coordinating, and scheduling meetings.

 Handle personal tasks and errands.

 Assist with the director’s email correspondence and document filing.

 Perform additional sourcing duties as assigned.

 Assist the director in business negotiations, prepare contract

documents, and coordinate the planning and execution of

contracts between the employer and negotiating parties.


Job Requirements:

 A-level, diploma, or degree holders.

 Bilingual in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Dialect will

be advantageous.

 Able to work on Saturdays.

 Able to work irregular hours, only when required.

 Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

 Must be fluent in English.

 Able to travel internationally.

 Mature with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
