Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Design & Project Director
- Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Food Courts Projects
- Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping food court concept
- Coordinating between outlets’/service providers for incoming tenants setup.
- Liaising with landlord for stall setting up/R&M matter.
- Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required
- Coordinating between outlets’/service team in R&M matter.
- Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors
- Other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Profession certificate/NITEC in interior design/ Engineering (Mechanical)/Engineering/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent
- Min 2 years’ relevant working experience
