Responsibilities
- Lead effective implementation of projects in Deposit Group
- Handle requirement analysis, functional specification review and sign off
- Effectively engage with business and technology stakeholders at all levels
- Working with a team in preparation of UAT plans, scenarios and test cases and execution of UAT
- Lead defect management, scope creep and risk identification
- Prepare target operating models and provide end user training
- Handle management reports and dashboards
- Initiate and execute process improvements targeting productivity, standardization, and risk controls
- Contribute towards planning activities of the department
Requirements
- Degree in Banking/Finance/Business with at least 3-5 years of experience in Account Services (customer account opening/update/closing) & credit limits creation/update operations or related function
- Experience in project management an added advantage
- Ability to manage projects with strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications
