We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Software Implementation Executive to join our PractoPal team. This role is crucial in ensuring successful deployment and client onboarding after sales contracts are secured and developers have completed customizations. You will be responsible for software installation, training clients, and providing both remote and onsite support to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute software installations at client sites, ensuring all customizations are correctly implemented.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams to ensure effective use and understanding of PractoPal’s features and functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, both remotely and onsite, to resolve client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth handover and installation processes.
- Maintain detailed records of implementations, training, and support activities for each client.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to escalate issues and communicate software updates.
- Provide input for improving installation processes, training materials, and customer support documentation based on client feedback.
