Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement workplace safety program
- Conduct daily toolbox box meetings, safety briefings, safety committee meetings and risk assessments
- Conduct daily safety walk about and regular on-site safety inspections.
- Conduct regular safety training and educate workers on safety standards.
- Ensure supervisors and workers adhere to safety rules and regulations.
- Implement, maintain and seek continuous improvements in safety management system
- Investigate WSH incidents and maintain all safety related documents.
- Conduct internal safety audits and handle external safety audits.
Requirements:-
- Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in workplace safety management
- Knowledge in OHSAS 18001 / SS506 / ISO 45001 management systems
- A team player with good communication skills
- 6 month contract
