Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage scheduling and calendars
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Support Committee meetings
- Document preparation and organizing documents
- Record meeting minutes and work with stakeholders on follow up matters
- Handle administrative arrangements for the office
- Handle communication and correspondence
- Compiling information and creating presentations
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on event management
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of diploma in business administration or related fields
- Possesses experience in providing administrative support to Senior Management
- Proficient in MS office and IT related applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Pleasant and calm disposition with good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Strong planning, organization and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving ability and meticulous
- A team player who is adaptable to dynamic environments
