Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage scheduling and calendars
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Support Committee meetings
  • Document preparation and organizing documents
  • Record meeting minutes and work with stakeholders on follow up matters
  • Handle administrative arrangements for the office
  • Handle communication and correspondence
  • Compiling information and creating presentations
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders on event management
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of diploma in business administration or related fields
  • Possesses experience in providing administrative support to Senior Management
  • Proficient in MS office and IT related applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Pleasant and calm disposition with good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
  • Strong planning, organization and coordination skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and meticulous
  • A team player who is adaptable to dynamic environments
