- Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Manage and implement Salesforce updates and changes.
- Analysebusiness processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- With at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with mapping business processes and information flows and capturing them in designs, cases, and user stories.
