Job Responsibilities:
- Engage users to carry out feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
- Lead the design development of projects.
- Procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of the projects.
- Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage.
- Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms.
- Develop project governance policies and processes.
- Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects.
- Lead and execute Special Projects or tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Masters in Architectural with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
- Extensive experience in designing of hospitality facilities that involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirements is advantageous.
- Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development.
- An independent team player who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
