Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding and Offfboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training coordination, and documentation management.
- Manage offboarding procedures for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree
- 1 - 2 year of relevant working experiences
- Excellent communication skills
