Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding and Offfboarding

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training coordination, and documentation management.
  • Manage offboarding procedures for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree
  • 1 - 2 year of relevant working experiences
  • Excellent communication skills
