· Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of invoices, adjustments sent to customers including preparation of reports
· Analyse and provide solution paths for exceptional scenarios
· Analyse and tabulate the adjustments
· Test new initiatives that may be introduced into the various systems
· Process daily bill check/refund
· Any other project work that may be assigned
· May be requested to work overtime or/and weekend when required
