MARKETING & EVENTS EXECUTIVE
- SAFRA Mount Faber
Main / Key Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Develop positioning strategies and plan/organize activities to enhance Club’s branding.
- Develop and execute marketing plans, inclusive of advertising & promotions and Strategies, to promote Club's vendors and programs with the overall objective of increasing engagement and footfall to the Club.
- Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies, including sponsorship and partnerships, on a Club as well as Integrated level.
- Support plans to identify and develop new potential marketing opportunities.
2. Digital Marketing
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies and plan /organise online contests to enhance Club branding.
- Plan and execute digital marketing plans, inclusive of advertising and promotions, to promote club's offerings as well as programs.
- Identify and employ new technologies to reach out and engage key constituents to enhance the overall SAFRA brand.
- Support plans to identify and develop potential business opportunities.
- Plan, implement and enhance content marketing tactics through effective search engine optimisation efforts so as to increase awareness of Club’s activities as well as the overall SAFRA brand and key programs.
- Conceptualise, manage and oversee content production.
- Content manage online platforms, determine content placement and establish SOPs for business rules and content placement.
- Integrate Public Relations messages suitably for social media consumption and support crisis communications.
- Engage members actively through social media.
3. Projects & Engagement
- Engage members through cIub’s activities and vendors' promotions (Club and Integrated level)
- Establish good relationship/rapport with vendors, members and all stakeholders
- Assist the Club Manager in executing plans related to ensuring the smooth execution and implementation of club's projects and engagement activities.
- Ensure competitiveness of activities organized for members by keeping abreast of market trends and research on new ideas/trends.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive awareness of Club’s activities and courses.
- Ensure that projected KPls are achieved. Formulate and implement business development, partnership and sponsorship strategies to attain financial viability for projects and events.
4. Communication
- Communicate to members and public through effective media channels to increase awareness of SAFRA Mount Faber and its regular promotions/activities. To constantly review avenues of communications and tie up with vendors for attractive promotions for members.
- Prepare necessary activities and promotional contents for internal marketing collateral such as eNSMAN.
- Manage all marketing and promotions related feedback/enquiries for the Club
5. Club Operations
- Assist the Club Manager in daily operations when required.
Duties / Tasks
- Prepare and submit respective team's workplan/budget for each fiscal year.
- Conceptualise and submit proposals on promotions/activities for approval.
- Manage projects within budget and effectiveness.
- Work with Strategic Marketing and Comms Department to develop and propose Public Relations plans in support of positive Public Relations/publicity coverage of SAFRA Mount Faber.
- Ensure proper management and follow-up on administrative matters.
- Manage all marketing and events feedback/enquiries (written or verbal)with speed and efficiency including Club Promotion, Marketing and Public Relations matters.
- Develop newsletters, brochures and pamphlets etc relevant to SAFRA Mount Faber and vendors, including those for marketing promotions.
- Work with Comms & Public Relations Department to provide editorial support by writing clearly and vetting publications/broadcasts related to the Club.
- Rotation of Duty Officer roles
- Any other tasks assigned by Club Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Business / Sports & Wellness
- At least 2 years’ experience in events management and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Able to work independently and to lead a team
- Singapore Citizens Only
