Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to address their financial needs and objectives.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing regular updates on market information and trend analysis related to local and international financial products.
- Collaborate with the PB team manager, branch manager, or PTL to create monthly plans aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets for new business and customer acquisition.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities focused on customer acquisition.
- Source and reach out to individual prospects.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient after-sales services.
- Manage client retention and minimize attrition.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations for groups, clubs, associations, companies, and other organizations.
- Comply with all relevant money laundering prevention procedures, including reporting any suspicious activities to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education and relevant CMFAS certification.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
