Job Title: Personal Assistant to General Manager
Are you an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented individual? We’re looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to support our General Manager (GM) with various administrative tasks, office management, and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
Manage the GM’s schedule, including meetings and travel. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized files for easy access.
• Meeting Coordination:
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points. Schedule conference calls and virtual meetings.
• Travel Arrangements:
Plan the GM’s trips, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure all travel documents are ready.
• Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations. Manage supplies, liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Project Assistance:
Assist the GM in research, data analysis, and managing special projects.
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Handle sensitive information with discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Chemistry (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible, reliable, and quick to adapt.
