- Activation Calendar & Trade Plan
- Oversee the animation calendar to ensure it is fully updated
- Manage and update the full-year Trade Plan according to changes from Markets, and carry out detailed analysis of YOY trade data by line and by Market
- Animation Planning & Preparation
- Assist the Marketing team in the feedback of activity proposals from the Markets (podiums, offline activities, and in-store events)
- Assist the Marketing team in developing trade tools adapted to APAC markets for all activations across the region
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of trade tool production and delivery to the Markets
- Visual Merchandising
- Assist the Marketing team in providing in-store VM guidelines and feedback to the Markets
- Assist the Marketing team in developing VM display tools adapted to APAC markets
- Competition Research & Analysis
- Prepare monthly newsletter detailing key competitor offline and online animations
- Monthly monitoring of competitor product positioning in key markets
- Mystery shopping to monitor competition best practices and key launches
- Conduct in-depth research about industry best practice in terms of Trade Marketing, new launches, and promotion plans (ability to leverage on Chinese sources is required)
- Translations
- Support the Marketing team in Chinese English translation of contents from Local Markets, and English Chinese translation of regional trade tool content
- Regional Team support
- Support the Regional team for any ad hoc request
- Support the team in the financial processing of quotations, invoices and updating of budget expenses
