Job Summary:

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analysis & Documentation: Document business and technical requirements, workflows, processes, and system integrations in detail.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with software developers, architects, and technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and performance.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements through technical solutions.
- System Integration: Work on system integration projects, ensuring that various systems and platforms communicate effectively and data flows smoothly across them.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Project Management Support: Provide support in project management activities, including timelines, risk assessments, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including Business Requirements Specifications, data models, process flows, and architectural diagrams.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure the proper use of new systems and solutions.
