Work with Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to drive growth within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, e-trade and social media).
Facilitate the scaling of TR digital campaigns APAC by ensuring that the TR regions have the guidance, tools and content necessary to succeed
- Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, social media content) to formats needed by regions for retailers
- Assist in translation work from English to Chinese and ensure that translated content adheres to brand's tone of voice
- Support online product assortment preparation
- Ensure proper execution of content/assets by retailers
Monitor and measure the success of Dior’s and competitors’ digital campaigns to continuously optimize
- Monitor brands’ presence on travel retailers’ websites
- Report on best practices, trends and activities within digital in travel retail, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media and omnichannel
- Use data, business intelligence reporting and consumer profiling to better understand the connected travel retail client
Digital Operation Support
- Update and compile product information, pack shots
- Support on in-house adaption of banners
