Job Description
- Assist in overseeing the daily smooth operations of the In-Plant Logistics function
- Warehouse inventory & stock balance management
- Involve in ISOs audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001 and IS0 28000
- Involve in documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Risk Assessment
- Packing facilities case studies & troubleshooting during equipment failure
- Ensure contractors meet daily KPI and customer given timeline without container roll over
- Month end closing compared inventory with SAP & WMS
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control costs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- IT knowledge on SAP MM (Materials Module) and IM (Inventory Module)
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willing to work within Jurong Island and shuffling between two Plants and external warehouses
- May require occasional evening or weekend work for stocktake
- Willing to travel to Jurong Island (transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
