Job Description
We are looking for a talented and innovative Interior 3D Visualiser to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and technical expertise in 3D modeling and rendering. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations of interior spaces for various projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. Your work will help communicate design concepts and inspire clients through stunning and realistic imagery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings of interior spaces using industry-standard software (SketchUp).
- Collaborate with interior designers to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Develop and apply textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic effects in renderings.
- Prepare presentation materials, including 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design concepts, for client meetings and proposals.
- Revise and refine renderings based on feedback from team members and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and 3D visualization techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in the development of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) presentations, if applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Interior 3D Visualiser, preferably in the interior design or architectural visualization industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your 3D rendering work and design projects is required.
