JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare backend for clients
- Prepare hardware and make courier arrangements for clients
- Setup and train clients on both frontend and backend
- Assist clients on issues via WhatsApp, emails, phone calls and support software
- Guide clients on how to achieve their features
- Document any bugs/requests on support software
- Feedback to developers and follow through to resolutions
- User Acceptance Testing – Testing and new documenting releases
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 'O' levels and above
- Strong command of languages
- Weekly face-to-face meetings on Monday 10am
- Work remotely and independently
- Punctual and organized
- Update Office Software Tools daily and promptly
- Be responsive to all client messages > shorter than 5 minutes for first response
