Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with Sea’s goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions to strengthen the company's credibility in the financial markets.
- Communicate the company's financial results, key performance indicators, and strategic initiatives to the investment community.
- Prepare and review financial reports, press releases, and other communications related to the company's financial performance for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to senior management on investor and market sentiment.
- Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and other events to grow and diversify shareholder base.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant investor relations strategy or equity research experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and capital markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience organizing investor-related events is advantageous.
