Job Overview:
As an F&B Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service to customers. You'll support staff training, inventory management, and operational improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and customer service
Recommend menu items, handle customer orders via POS system
Oversee food preparation, service, and table management
Handle customer feedback and ensure food safety
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development
Manage inventory and operational costs
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Commitment to working at least 4-5 days per week
