Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs and in accordance to SOPs.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing utensils and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Participate in menu planning and recipe development when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
- Possess Food Safety Level 1 Certtification
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A passion for food and willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
