OVERVIEW:

Become a part of our Finance Department as a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive at our vibrant new Golf Driving Range in Upper Jurong! In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in managing financial transactions with precision, helping us create exceptional experiences for our customers while ensuring the integrity of our financial operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our success in the industry!



JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in hospitality or sports.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing insightful analysis.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
  • Support the month-end closing process, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and implement best practices.
