· Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations during service
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen area
· Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative crab-centric recipes and specials

Requirements
· 2-3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a crab-centric or seafood restaurant
· Expertise in handling and preparing crab, with a deep understanding of different cooking techniques
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring dishes are consistently executed to perfection
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, remaining calm under pressure
· A genuine passion for crab cuisine and a desire to push culinary boundaries
