Information:
- Salary range: $4,500 - $5,500
- Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am. - 6pm, Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Working location: Bukit Merah
Responsibilities:
- Develop finance transformation strategy to align with company goals & optimize effectiveness.
- Identify & enhance process to streamline finance operations, accuracy & reduce cycle times.
- Keep up to date on financial technologies to improve processes and reporting capabilities.
- Review with company direction with the transformation to achieve overall business objectives.
- Work with various departments to align finance transformation to achieve overall business objectives.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement within the finance function.
- Establish KPI and metrices to measure the success and impact of finance transformation initiatives.
- Be part of the Committee to drive implementation for the DMS System.
- Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/CPA with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in finance department with focus on transformation initiatives.
- Proven track of successfully leading finance transformation projects.
- Knowledge of financial processes, systems and technologies.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data.
