Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, generating leads, and fixing appointments for the Business Development Team. You’ll need to hit daily targets and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 60 cold calls daily to potential clients, with the goal of setting appointments for the Business Development Team in line with daily/weekly targets.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, online directories, and online audit platforms to research and identify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all lead generation efforts and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Develop and manage a list of target prospects to ensure a steady flow of leads for business development.
- Leverage both online and offline channels to generate leads and evaluate their suitability for the company’s services.
- Effectively communicate MediaOne’s value proposition, including SEO, SEM, SMA, and SMM services, to potential clients to secure appointments.
- Fully utilize company resources, engage in self-directed learning, and attend company training to gain mastery over SEO, SEM, SMA, and SMM.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of qualified leads.
- Actively promote MediaOne’s SaaS solutions, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
- Work towards monthly outreach goals and receive performance-based bonuses for each successfully qualified lead.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling, preferably in digital marketing or related services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and clearly explain the company’s services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Navigator, online directories, and similar tools for lead research.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
