Job Responsibilities:
- Gather vessel details and pricing information from the market for marine dredging and construction projects.
- Handle the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation and quotation to payment collection.
- Promoting and provide safety services to client.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on market research.
- Negotiate terms with clients and ensure contracts meet company and client needs, expertise with updated marine laws, terms and conditions.
- Ensure that all vessel details, quotes, and sales data are accurately recorded and digitalized, maintaining comprehensive databases.
- Manage the post-sales process, including follow-ups, client support, and securing payments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, Business Administration.
- Additional certifications in marine operations or sales management would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sales processes.
- Experience in sourcing vessel details and cost estimation in the marine sector.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events. Possess own transportation will be advantages.
- A network of contacts within the marine industry is a significant plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-initiative and able to handle the project independently.
