Job Description:
Brand Representation
- Act as the brand's advocate and recruitment business partner, embodying the brand’s values and image in all interactions.
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand image across all business environments and engagements.
Recruitment Partner
- Partner with hiring managers in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans for these positions.
- Timely and efficient management for renewals and replacements of staff.
- Source, identify, and engage top talent through utilising various recruitment channels (eg. LinkedIn, Indeed, MySkillsFuture, etc) and social media platforms, in the most cost-effective ways and determine the most effective sourcing method for the candidate pool.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary support and guidance.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to optimize our talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident with a positive working attitude.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment.

- Minimum 6 hours per week
