Business Development Manager / Account Manager

The Gap People Pte. Ltd.

You will be joining a young but dynamic social media creative agency.

The Gap People is a local boutique creative agency that has already won several awards in its second year on the scene. Now entering its fourth year, the agency is ready to expand further and is looking for a dynamic sales leader to bring in new accounts.



Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for generating new revenue streams for the agency through retainer accounts or ad-hoc campaigns. Proven track record is a must.

· Able to absorb a client’s brief, ask the right questions, and communicate this to the internal creative team to effectively pitch for projects and accounts.


Requirements

· At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in business development or corporate sales in a digital or social media services environment. Agency experience is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

· Comfortable presenting and speaking to decision makers.

· Strong PPT skills and good grasp of numbers.

· Strong go-getter and self-starter. Results oriented, resourceful and able to generate own leads.

· Expected to operate independently with some guidance.
