Azure Cloud Engineer
Job Requirement:
- 4 to 6 years as Azure cloud experience in implementing cloud-based systems and solutions.
- Experience in using Azure Cloud services such as API Management, App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL and having a good knowledge and hands-on experience on AI and ML implementation will be a plus.
- Completed at least 3 full project cycle, preferably a medium-sized web-based project.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, building pipelines, setting up IaC and various cloud technologies.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining Cloudflare, Imperva and Stackpath.
- Good knowledge of web-based architectures, integration methods and strategies to support non-functional requirements such as resilience and performance.
- Familiar on GitHub, GitHub Copilot, ReSharper, and SonarCloud
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business issues, needs and goals to determine requirements and define the scope of a infrastructure and application architecture.
- Design a secure, scalable, resilient and highly available cloud architecture in Azure.
- Administer the cloud infrastructure with the Cloud team and provide the necessary maintenance, upgrading and support needed for our cloud-based products and services.
- Manage, monitor and up keep service stability and quality by setting and executing appropriate monitoring, detecting and trouble-shooting process.
- Ensuring the proper integration and optimization of our Web Application Firewall using Cloudflare for our application and services.
- Create and maintain cloud-related and other project-related documentations.
- Recommend adoption of new technologies and applications to initiate enhanced solutions and service quality.
- Participate in technical solution design and creation of architecture blueprints. Participate in system modelling, simulation, prototyping and analysis to ensure the soundness of the agreed solution.
- Support the analysis of the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions, the impact and changes required across multiple systems, platforms and applications.
- Support risk identification and development of risk mitigation strategies associated with the end-to-end solution.
