• Provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Department
• Maintains and update doctors' information in Employee Master Database
• Ensures department staff information is promptly updated eg. staff directory contact details, staff profiles on the internet, etc
• Maintains, update and retain records of signature specimen of all staff in the department
• Attend to clerical needs of the department staff, such as making or make available name tags, access cards, name stamps, laptops, mobile phones, etc
• Maintain monthly leave and duty roster on the HMSMessaging System (HMS) accurately, and coordinate any changes and revision for the HMS roster template/format
• Co-ordinate Conference submission paperwork and follow up on claims for individual doctors
Requirements
- Possess at least a GCE O Levels / A Levels / Diploma in any field
- Able to commit to a 6 months role
- Keen interest to work in a hospital environment
