Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Work Type: 12-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 4,500 per month + 1 month Completion Bonus
What you will be working on?
- Support the division to engage and outreach to stakeholders such as venue owner, grassroots and partner agencies.
- Work with team and partners to identify, secure, or procure venues, logistics, and performances etc.
- Work closely with division and core comms team to manage any publicity efforts
- Collation of data, if any, and Human interest stories of residents/ performers from engagements, surveys etc. for reporting and analysis needs.
- Work closely with other government agencies and community partners
- Handles procurement and put up SOAs for reimbursement from ministry.
- Monitors and tracks KPIs of programme
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management/ Marketing/ Communication/ Hospitality Management or other relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in event management and coordination would be advantageous.
