What You Will Do

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing and performing statistical analyses of large sets of data. The candidate will work with both structured and unstructured data to extract insights and identify patterns that can help businesses make informed decisions, including performing data entry tasks.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain timely and accurate data entry for Innovation projects into Planisware (Project System).
  • Collecting and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Implementing data analysis tools and techniques to improve business decision-making.
  • Creating reports and visualizations that help to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Working with large amounts of data incl. real-time, to provide meaningful insights and recommendations that help to drive right decision making for business growth.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Developing and implementing data quality standards and processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging tools and technologies in data analytics (e.g. PowerBi, ChatGPT, SQL or Python)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team to understand business problems and develop right solutions.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Degree in any Business/ Information Technology/ Engineering field with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent etiquette across all standard modes of communication and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI
  • Experience in innovation and life cycle project management with PMO skills
  • Good financial understanding and analytics skills
